“From the very beginning of my career, I have always been deeply motivated by building a company’s foundations from the ground up.” Henman is an operator-investor with more than 20 years of experience across the technology and new retail sectors. Known for his hands-on leadership and strong execution capability, he has built a reputation for pioneering new markets and leading structural business transformation.

He previously served as the founding General Manager of Xiaomi Taiwan, where he led the company’s market entry and built the business from zero to more than NT$10 billion in revenue within a short period of time. During his tenure, he developed a highly efficient new retail operating model and established industry-leading benchmarks, including annual single-store revenue of NT$385 million and sales productivity exceeding NT$9 million per ping.

In 2017, he was recognized by Manager Today as Taiwan’s “MVP Manager.” Henman’s experience spans brand building, channel strategy, organizational restructuring, and commercial scaling. He is particularly recognized for his ability to convert strategic vision into tangible operating performance and scalable business systems. His investment and management philosophy is grounded in several core principles: staying relentlessly focused on user demand, driving growth through operational efficiency, concentrating resources on high-conviction winning products, and using sell-out performance as the ultimate test of a business model’s real value.

Today, Henman focuses on corporate transformation and market rebuilding, helping brands establish 0-to-1 growth engines in Taiwan and build scalable operating platforms through structural optimization and efficiency enhancement.
