Elsa is a Los Angeles–based investor and operator with extensive experience spanning family office investing, venture capital, private equity, public markets, and real assets. She began her career at HP Family Offices across Taiwan and Los Angeles, structuring cross-asset portfolios and contributing to ESG allocation frameworks. She later joined BECO Capital in Dubai, where she built advanced internal analytics systems for sourcing and portfolio tracking, supported post-transaction execution for Uber’s landmark acquisition of Careem, and advised portfolio companies on investor relations.

She then moved to New York as a Senior Associate at Conti Ventures, a $5 billion private equity and venture platform focused on food and agricultural sustainability. At Conti, Elsa led diligence on high-impact investments like Pivot Bio, directed operating initiatives that unlocked multi-million-dollar supply chain efficiencies, and supported diligence for a major $225 million grocery chain acquisition. Beyond institutional investing, she is a proven operator who successfully founded and exited G’Night Fetcher, a social-impact e-commerce brand, gaining firsthand experience in cross-border manufacturing and go-to-market execution.

Elsa holds an MBA with a concentration in Business Analytics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor's degree in Management with a focus on Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Within the team, she combines an institutional macro perspective with deep portfolio construction discipline and real-world operating insight.
